Percy jacksons and the lightning theif

Percy is a 12 year old kid that is a dyslexic, hyperacive, boy with ADHD. Percy goes to a Private school named Yancy Academy in New york. Percy gets expelled again, so ue takes a bus to Manhatten to see his mom. When he gets home Percy and his mom go on a trip to Montauk a beach. Later on the beach a hurricane starts to get close. So Percy and his mom drive off from the beach and pick up Grover. The car hits somthing while getting chased by the minotaur. Percy and his mom are ok but Grover is in a coma. They try to get away from the minotaur but the minotaur gets the mom and kills her percy pulls one of the horns from the beast and uses it to kill the minotaur then he drags Grover to a porch and they fall asleep.
